An innovative platform that supports teachers and students in guidance and placement, while enabling companies to present themselves, increase visibility, share job opportunities, and plan job experiences. Through the platform, tutors can access the network of registered companies, create clusters by area of interest, and match students with the most suitable pathways.
Registered students receive personalized recommendations for companies aligned with their interests and can enrich their profiles to improve matching, which tutors further refine through interviews. Open to all upper secondary schools in the region, the platform also serves as an open data lab, fostering more effective educational and professional experiences.
