“Hidoly” was born from a clear idea: creating brands that can become contemporary icons—recognizable, charismatic, and memorable.
That’s what I’ve been doing for over thirty years: supporting brands in building strong identities that leave a mark and tell stories rooted in the present while looking far ahead. From the early Italian web agencies to global consulting environments, I have led multidisciplinary teams on complex projects that combine strategy, creativity, and digital innovation.
I have contributed to the growth of international networks and founded companies focused on event organization, media relations and crisis management, as well as architecture and retail design.
After founding and leading one of the most relevant groups in Italy, I joined Ernst & Young in 2017, becoming part of the first partnership in Italy to integrate high-level consulting and communication. As a partner, I coordinated over 250 professionals, helping position Italy as a global Centre of Excellence for EY’s Branding Consulting.
At Hidoly, I bring this experience together to guide the Studio’s strategic vision and strengthen a model that unites creativity, method, and concrete results. I believe in the value of people and ideas, in shared design processes, and in the ability to look ahead to generate real value.

Engineer by training and digital strategist by vocation, I have been guiding companies and brands in their digital evolution for over ten years, combining analytical thinking, strategic vision, and execution capability.
After working in organizations such as INNPRONTA and Interaction Farm—now Hidoly—I have consolidated expertise in performance marketing, e-commerce strategy, employer branding, and marketing automation, leading teams and complex digital projects.
Over time, this journey has expanded towards an increasingly integrated approach, where marketing, technology, design, and communication converge into digital transformation strategies and AI-driven innovation capable of generating tangible value.
I strongly believe in mindful technology: conscious and intelligent technology capable of improving processes, as well as relationships between people, brands, and communities. Relationships also guide the leadership style I believe in: collaborative and based on the cross-pollination of ideas, experiences, and skills.
At Hidoly, I integrate method and vision to build digital strategies where creativity, technology, and expertise converge to generate shared and lasting growth.

Computer engineer and entrepreneur, I have been designing and coordinating digital solutions that combine technology, marketing, and innovation for over ten years.
I co-founded and led companies like INNPRONTA and Interaction Farm – now Hidoly – developing platforms, infrastructures, and IT strategies to support brands, companies, and B2B and B2C communication projects.
Throughout my career, I have integrated software development, digital architectures, and marketing automation, with a growing focus on AI automation and digital transformation.
I believe in technology that serves the human experience: accessible, scalable, designed to simplify complex processes.

I am a professional with over 23 years of experience in communication and publishing companies, where I have consistently managed public relations and provided strategic consulting to communication professionals across all sectors.
I joined Hidoly in September 2025 to lead its growth and development. My role focuses on market expansion, partnership development, and identifying new opportunities.
Before Hidoly, I spent six years at WITHUB in a similar role, supporting companies, associations, and institutions in enhancing their content by making storytelling more effective.
Prior to that, I worked for six years at LaPresse as Commercial Director, strengthening relationships with all stakeholders and building new ones, with a particular focus on non-media sectors.
I approach challenges with strong passion and a results-driven mindset, focusing on solutions that create real value for the people I work with.

Piera Alasia

I believe every brand has a story worth telling.
That’s what I’ve been doing for over twenty years: starting with data, insights, and emotions to build relevant narratives that inspire, connect people, and create value.
In January 2025, I joined Hidoly as Head of Strategy, returning to the creative heart of agency life, where strategy is fast, fluid, and—let’s face it—a bit more fun. It’s a return to the origins, but with a more “three-dimensional” perspective: one that can only be gained through corporate leadership experience.
Before Hidoly, I spent five years as CMO of STAR7 S.p.A., where I led a rebranding and repositioning of the group, from brand architecture to the digital ecosystem. This journey helped define the identity of a global B2B player and prepared it for a stock market listing, completed in 2021. Before that, I gained nearly 15 years of experience in agencies and consulting firms, both in Italy and abroad, working on communication strategies for major international brands.
I do my best where strategy and creativity meet: in that hybrid territory shaped by insights and inspiration, data and stories, method, vision, and conscious technology. Because I believe ideas are more powerful when they become solutions.

Journalist with extensive experience in corporate communication, I built my professional background within multinationals, agencies, and leading international companies across both B2B and B2C sectors.
Over the years, I have worked on internal communication, digital marketing, and press office projects, strengthening my expertise in media relations, content management, and stakeholder engagement.
At Hidoly, I coordinate communications and press relations for the Inclusion Job Day project, dedicated to workplace inclusion for people with disabilities, and lead the editorial team of Inclusion Job Magazine, a platform that shares stories, experiences, and perspectives rooted in DE&I culture.
I oversee communication strategy and media relations with an integrated, socially responsible approach. What I value most about my work is meeting people with stories to tell and perspectives to share, because I truly believe that difference is a powerful asset.

I am a Senior Art Director navigating between branding, design, and digital innovation, with a hybrid spirit that blends strategy, creativity, and technology.
In recent years, I have led teams and projects particularly in the Fashion & Luxury sector, combining art direction, client management, and 3D experimentation.
From 2022 to 2024, I worked at Tailoor – Reda 1865, coordinating a team of 3D artists and collaborating with development to create online assets and configurators, once again focusing on high-end brands.
Prior to that, I was a Visual Director at BTREES, where I assisted companies and startups in building visual strategies, from concept to launch, leading a team of art directors.
At Ferribiella, I managed packaging and projects with international suppliers.
I am passionate about art direction and brand identity, as well as the new frontiers of generative AI, AR/VR, and data-driven creativity.

From the world of communication to HR consulting, my journey has always had a common thread: building authentic connections and guiding complex processes with empathy and strategic vision.
Today, I focus on engagement, talent development, and internal communication, leveraging over twenty years of experience in building strong relationships and supporting brands and organizations in transformation.
From 2000 to 2016, I was Client Director at DGTMEDIA, where I worked with national and international clients such as Ferrero, Barilla, Mondadori, SKF, and Zuegg, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading digital projects, events, and integrated campaigns: an experience that allowed me to combine strategy, management, and relationship care in complex and high-responsibility contexts.
I view work as an ecosystem of relationships: I believe in dialogue, shared responsibility, and the value of an environment where people can grow alongside results.
