Inclusion Job Day is a digital recruiting event developed by Hidoly in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company. It connects inclusive companies with people with disabilities through an accessible, fully online experience.
Inclusion Job Day is an accessible digital platform and online event designed to connect inclusive companies with people with disabilities, including candidates covered by Italian protected employment categories, with high school diplomas or university degrees.
Three editions take place each year: March, June, and October.
Each event allows companies to promote qualified positions, meet targeted candidates, and conduct one-to-one interviews.
Users can submit their CVs and apply for open positions without the need to travel: the event takes place entirely online, with the support of the Hidoly team.

Promoting a culture of inclusion
Inclusion Job Day is not just an event, but also a promoter of DE&I culture.
Each edition is preceded by an Inclusion Job Talk — an online roundtable featuring experts from the business, academic, and institutional worlds, addressing topics related to disability and inclusion in the broadest sense.
The Magazine section of the platform features a publication dedicated to news, interviews, projects, and initiatives that actively promote inclusion in the world of work and beyond.

How to access
Participation in the event is free for users: simply register on the website, complete your profile, and upload your CV.
Registered participants can take part in two training sessions focused on the platform’s features, designed to support more effective participation.
The online training will be held during the week of the event. Dates will be communicated by email and through social channels, and participation is reserved for users who have completed their profile on the platform.
