Whistleblowing

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”), HIDOLY S.R.L. has adopted a system dedicated to the management of reports, including anonymous ones, aimed at ensuring fairness, transparency and the protection of individuals who wish to report behaviour, breaches or conduct that does not comply with current legislation.

The procedure complies with the provisions introduced by the Whistleblowing Decree, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and national law.

When you submit a report via this portal, a unique identification code – a ‘key code’ – will be displayed. This can be used to communicate with this Organisation in a non-personalised manner and to stay informed about the status of your report.
We recommend that you do not disclose this unique identification code and keep it safe, as, if lost, it cannot be recovered or duplicated in any way

Guarantee of confidentiality and safeguards

Legislative Decree 24/2023 introduced a unified framework governing reporting channels and the protections afforded to whistleblowers in both the public and private sectors.
No form of personal or professional retaliation on the grounds of a report made is permitted or tolerated. If you believe you have suffered retaliation as a result of a report, you can report this to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) via the online platform.

All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with data protection legislation.

Reports to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) via an external channel

If, after making a report, you do not receive an acknowledgement of receipt and/or feedback on the action taken in response to the report, or if you have reasonable grounds to believe (based on concrete circumstances and information that can actually be obtained) that the internal report will not be effectively followed up or that it could lead to retaliation, or that the breach may constitute an imminent or obvious danger to the public interest, you may submit a report to ANAC via the online platform.
