Target

Organize an event to celebrate ERM’s 15 years in Italy, turning this strategic occasion—bringing together affiliates, partners, and collaborators—into an opportunity to strengthen brand perception and reinforce a sense of belonging.

Idea

Built around the concept “BE A MASTER TO BE A TEAM,” the event was designed as a tailor-made experience combining technical organization and hospitality, team-building activities and local experiences, direction, supplier management, and a final gala dinner. Two days in Giardini Naxos conceived to translate the client’s objectives into a structured, memorable, and high-impact experience.
